We accept pilot production and mass production requests by nanoimprint, injection molding, and roll molding using molds made based on the patterning tools provided by Bush Clover, such as electron beam lithography and laser direct writing.

 

■ Nanoimprinting

Nanoimprinting can accurately mold structures of several tens of nm. Recently, it is also used for optical lenses, etc., and it can be molded with a resin that matches the desired refractive index.

 

・ Multi-nanoimprint batch molding on multiple substrates

・ Nanoimprinting on undulating substrates and batch molding on compound semiconductor substrates and other substrates whose flatness is not guaranteed

・ Inorganic material nanoimprinting, SiO2 molding into other materials

 

■ Injection molding

In addition to general molding, we also support two-color molding and insert molding.

We can also manufacture special structures such as embedding a metal circuit in a double-sided micro lens.

 

■ Roll molding

For roll molding, we have a system in anticipation of large-scale and mass production.

We can also handle mass production of large-area optical films.
